Take Junction 1a, go through a double set of traffic lights from the roundabout and take the third exit on the right over the bridge.
Keep in the nearside lane, then follow the slip road left to the roundabout, go straight over the roundabout parallel to the bridge. At the next roundabout take the third exit into Galleon's Boulevard, go to the next roundabout, and take the first exit left into Newtons Court to the end of the road. You'll arrive at a 'T' junction, turn right, go to the end, and then turn right again. Baxi Training Centre is the last unit on the left.
