Meet the Trainers

Andy started his career as an apprentice Plumber with DMBC in 1987 where in his first year at college he was awarded “Plumber of the Year”. He initially specialised in plumbing and heating before becoming a gas service and repair engineer and latterly a gas quality control supervisor.

In 2001 Andy used his knowledge in the field to effectively undertake his role as a underfloor heating and Hep20 technical advisor for Hepworth Plumbing products. Drawing upon his extensive experience in 2003 Andy set up and successfully ran his own plumbing and heating business for 9 years.

Andy joined Baxi in 2012 as a Heating Engineer, before moving into the training department as a Training Officer in 2021. Andy is based at the Warrington training centre.
