Our team is ready to help

Your call will be answered by experienced gas engineers with access to a huge library of knowledge including manuals and instructions for both old and new Baxi products.

The team also have boilers in the room with them, with the casings removed so that they can see exactly what you can see when you're describing the problem.

Our team will take as long as you need to resolve your issues.
