Win a bundle of Baxi branded workwear and be #ALittleBitBaxier

To ensure you're ready for the onslaught of winter (and of course so you can be #ALittleBitBaxier), every day from Monday 24th to Friday 28th October 2022, we are giving away a bundle of Baxi branded workwear on our social media channels. 

All you need to do to be in the draw is to correctly answer a product-related question. 

Look out at 08:00 each day for the question on Baxi Instagram @baxiboilers and Baxi Facebook @baxiuk. Leave your answer in the comments, and 'like' the post and make sure you are following Baxi. 

Each day, we'll put everyone who answers the question correctly into the prize draw. We'll select the winner on each social media channel at random and they'll win the following items:

• Baxi jacket
• Baxi hoodie
• Baxi polo shirt
• Baxi beanie

If you're one of the lucky ones, we'll send you a DM (direct message) to get your name, address and workwear sizes. In no time, you'll be ready for winter and also be #ALittleBitBaxier!

Terms & Conditions

1. This competition will run from Monday 24th October until Friday 28th October 2022.

2. We're giving away ten sets of Baxi branded workwear (consisting of a jacket, hoodie, polo shirt and beanie hat) - one set, each day on Baxi Instagram and Baxi Facebook.

3. To enter and be in the draw, you must correctly answer a product question, by adding it in the comments on our 'Look #ALittleBitBaxier' social media posts, which you will find on the following social media channels from 08:00:

4. The winner will be selected at random from all those that answer the question correctly by midnight that day. The Baxi social media team will make contact with the winner via DM (Direct/ Private Message) to request their name, address details and workwear sizes, within 48 hours. 

5. The winner will be announced on the relevant social media channel after the draw. A full list of winners (surname and county) will be available on request from Baxi after the end of the promotion.

6. If there is no response from the winner after three days, the prize will be reallocated.

7. Please allow 28 days for delivery. Baxi accepts no liability for any losses resulting from the provision of incorrect contact or address details by participants. 

8. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 

9. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Baxi, their families, agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate. 

10. One entry per person, per day will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same person or account only the first entry will be accepted. No bulk, machine generated consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted. 

11. You must like the post and have followed Baxi.

12. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram and participants agree that they will make no claim against Meta, Instagram or Facebook in respect of it.

13. The promoter is Baxi Heating UK Limited (company number 03879156) ("Baxi"), whose registered office is at Brooks House, Coventry Road, Warwick, CV34 4LL.

14. Baxi's decision in respect of all matters relating to the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Neither Baxi nor any other person or party associated with the promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) or personal injury suffered or sustained or death in connection with either participation in the promotion or with any prizes offered.

17. Baxi reserves the right to withdraw, or amend or alter the terms of, the promotion at any time and without notice. Participants will be deemed to agree that no liability shall attach to Baxi as a result of any withdrawal, amendment or alteration.

18. By entering the promotion, the participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.

19. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes/ claims which arise out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
