Installer FAQs

 

1.How can I qualify for the promotion?

To qualify, simply install any three Baxi 600 or Baxi 800 boilers (any models or outputs) and register them on your Baxi Works account, from 4th September 2023 until 23:59:00 on 8th January 2024.

2. Is there a limit to the number of boilers that qualify for the promotion?

Yes, it is capped at NINE qualifying boilers.

You’ll earn £300 cashback for the first three Baxi 600 or Baxi 800 boilers that you install and register on Baxi Works.

You will then earn a further £300 for the second three that you install and register on Baxi Works, up to a maximum of nine, which qualifies you for a total of £900 cashback.

 

3. When will I get my cashback?

We’ll aim to pay you within 21 days of the end of the promotion, but please allow until the 29th February 2024. We will process a BACS transfer into your nominated bank account for your total cashback amount, subject to you completing your bank details, as below and in accordance with our terms and conditions.

 

4. Do I still earn any Baxi Works reward points for the eligible boilers I install and register?

No Baxi Works points will be credited on Qualifying Products installed and registered during the Promotional Period which qualify for the cashback. This means you will only receive points if you only install and register up to two boilers in the promotional period or ten or more.

 

5. When do I enter my bank details?

Once you have registered the 3rd eligible boiler within the promotional period, you will be prompted to enter your bank details in your Baxi Works account. This information must be completed so you can receive your cashback at the end of the promotion period. See terms and conditions.

 

6. Where do I enter my bank details?

Once you have registered your third eligible boiler on Baxi Works:

a. Log into your Baxi Works account
b. Click the green “My Account” button in the top right-hand corner. Select “Bank info” on the drop- down menu
c. Carefully read the instructions on the page
d. Enter your details in the space provided
e. Read and accept the terms and conditions
f. Enter your Baxi Works password and click “submit” to confirm your details

 

7. What bank details do I need to submit to receive my cashback?

The participant taking part in our Cashback campaign is responsible for making sure that they provide Baxi with the correct payment details. Baxi will only accept the bank details of the company that is registered on Baxi Works. Participants should ensure that their Baxi Works account has the correct company name and the correct bank details. Baxi will not accept personal bank details, unless Baxi can be satisfied that as a sole trader the participant is using their personal account as a business account.

Baxi will not accept the bank details of any business partners, family members, friends or other third parties. Baxi is contractually obliged to only make payments to the company that is registered on Baxi Works.

 

8. What happens if I submit the wrong bank account details?

If a participant has provided Baxi with the wrong bank details, their cashback claim will be marked as invalid, and the participant will not receive the cashback payment. Baxi will not be contacting any participants to update their bank details. Baxi accepts no liability for any losses resulting from the provision of incorrect payment details.

 

Payment details can be changed / amended up until 23:59:00 on 8th January 2024.
